Maritza is a Salsa Fitness and Reformer Pilates teacher. She works with clients of all ability levels and specialises in general rehabilitation for injuries. She has certifications in STOTT Pilates, Physiology, and Anatomy. She is also working on her Master's degree in Hypnotherapy. There is no upper age limit in Maritza's pilates studio. They range in age from 10 years to well over 80. Her exercises are chosen to address your specific needs, to challenge your core, and to provide a full-body workout. When determining your workout, she considers the principles of stability and mobility, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and posture correction.
